Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@merinoandcompany.com to begin the return process.
  • We will issue a return shipping label via email. The cost of return shipping ($12) will be deducted from your refund unless at least one item from the original order is retained.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Merino & Co stands firmly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our lifetime warranty guarantees products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

✔ Functional issues resulting from regular, intended use

Warranty Does Not Cover:

✖ Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care

✖ Unauthorized alterations or repairs

✖ Cosmetic wear-and-tear unrelated to functional issues

Requesting Warranty Service: 

To request warranty service, please email us at info@merinoandcompany.com and include the following:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase (a photo of the item is fine)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

We review warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is approved, repairs are usually completed within 10 business days after we receive your item.
