• Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Standard delivery times range between 5-10 business days following production.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Merino & Co. is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Non-customized products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days if unused and in original condition.
• Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• A $12 return shipping fee applies unless at least one item from the original order is retained.

5. Product Information and Availability

• Products displayed on the website may occasionally be out of stock or discontinued without notice.
• We make every effort to display accurate product details and images, though slight variations may occur due to handcrafted processes.

6. Warranty and Repairs

• All Merino & Co. products come with a lifetime repair warranty covering craftsmanship defects.
• Damage from misuse, negligence, or regular wear-and-tear is not covered by the warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of Merino & Co. or its licensors.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
